| During my visit we mainly hung out and did stuff around town, but we did go to Memphis for the day. We went to the Memphis Zoo, which has turned into one of the best zoos in the country! I remember going as a kid and it was all concrete buildings with animals in cages, but now they have huge open areas for all the animals, a really diverse collection, and even specialized habitats for the polar bears and pandas. We also went to the Rendezvous for ribs, which is a must do if you're ever in town. We had a great visit and lots of fun together. |
